We are officially homeowners again and this baby we found as a foreclosure is all ours!!!! It’s all one color so it looks like a big block to some and doesn’t have a tree or shrub in sight but it’s the perfect canvas for us to flex our DIY muscles! We are ready to turn this baby into the beautiful swan it should be and can’t wait to share it with you! We are so dang excited and grateful to be able to take on this challenge and give this house a big ole hug!!!! .

Yes we try to keep this space super happy and positive but do not think for one second that has been the whole reality of buying a foreclosure. More overwhelmed stressed emotional tears have been shed than I can count. We have already started questioning our ability and if we can even pull of the cleaning + basic repair aspect that is needed alone. Instagram versus reality can be an evil thing if you let it. Do not let that happen when you look at our stuffs!!! We do not have a ton of money. We struggle the same way everyone does. We are just figuring things out day by day the same as you! 🏠
